Acceptance into a session, course, or retreat (if applicable) is at my sole discretion or of a designated Course/Session Director/Facilitator (if applicable). If payment has been received and the booking is subsequently declined (by me or my authorized representative), a full refund of fees paid shall be lovingly provided.
Complaints
I trust that this will not happen but if, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with my service, please e-mail me about your concern/s. I will reply to your e-mail within 2-3 days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). In the reply, it will specify what action is being taken to rectify the problem and how long this will take. You will be kept fully informed throughout the process.
If you are availing of services for a third party, these terms and conditions shall be binding to both the purchaser and the third party entity.

Payments
I provide paid products and/or services and use a 3rd-party for my booking/calendar. In that case, I use or may use 3rd-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors). At the moment, I accept payments via PayPal (international) and GCash or bank (BDO) deposits (domestic).
I will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the 3rd-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to global standards set by governing authorities and brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please exercise due diligence when making any payment to me or any of your provider.
