Coaching and intuitive services (and why organizations need to talk more about wellness and creativity)

I feel the collective’s growing anxieties but that, also, I see a lot of growth. Carry on! You are not alone.

The past months (actually, the past year) had been immensely challenging for us but, serendipitously, we also have more clarity. I think this is happening to many of us. In my circles (including within my sisterhood in Instagram), I celebrate the growth of fellow seekers and wanderers—surely, all of us evolving into beautiful butterflies!

Please carry on! Do not give up! The caterpillar is waiting, growing, for its chance to someday fly!

As we dive deeper, it’s simply wonderful to rely upon the support of our friends, family, and circles and if you need help with some lingering questions, I am here.

Many people know me as an environmental and social development professional. It is only those in my close circle who know that my other hat is in the creative and intuitive side. Usually, we have the tendency to hide our creative and spiritual side because it’s too personal. I work in the consulting business and so, the ‘operational’ words are mostly about business/economics, politics, the environment, sustainability, and climate change. Where we work, very few talk about wellness, spirituality, ascension, and mindfulness. (It’s not wrong nor am I complaining. It’s just how it is. We humans always want to compartmentalize things!)

Therefore, I hope this post will also help you, dear readers, to ‘come out’ and be free to share your many talents and offerings–and for organizations, to allow talks and activities about wellness, creativity, mindfulness and spirituality. Embrace all your and your team members’ gifts. We are all divinely supported. Our friends, families, and colleagues who truly ‘get’ us will will appreciate who we are (and our gifts!). In fact, I have a hypothesis that the more successful work places are those that celebrate and nurture the individual gifts and creativity of its employees. Without creativity (powered by the divine), many organizations will likely suffer or even fail. To quote from an article,

Certainly, the most important aspect of creativity is how it affects the work. With the ability to think creatively and outside the box, employees are more likely to come up with unique and innovative solutions to obstacles they encounter. This eagerness to solve problems can lead to new ways to accomplish tasks and run the organization more effectively.

You can probably think of this post as the universe’s way of telling us, “It’s time to be more open about our gifts so that we can continue to be of service to humanity.”

And so, with joy, humility, and deep sense of service, I now announce my new offerings–coaching, intuitive/creative, and divination services. I am intuitively guided while I also take efforts in attaining further education and certifications. For example, in 2020, I completed the course, Positive Psychology: Martin E.P. Seligman’s Visionary Science, delivered by the University of Pennsylvania (via Coursera). I’m very grateful as I qualified for a full scholarship. I also devote time and efforts in doing research and watching videos /lectures, and of course, benefiting from the experiences and perspectives of educators and healers. Of course, graduating from a formal course is still an aspiration. In the meantime, I just live my life in the most enjoyable, productive, and fulfilling way possible. As we always say, we grow wiser through the changing of seasons.

I can customize programs /curriculums based on our personal or organization requirements and circumstances. I encourage HR teams to approach me if you sense some inertia in your teams or you are experiencing fast turn over. Usually (but not always), the problems can be rooted in weaknesses in governance/leadership, lack of inclusion, poor or weak system and practice of accountability, and inter-personal dynamics. Of course, personality conflicts in the work place is a normal occurrence and can never be totally eradicated. However, it is important for organizations to ensure that the system allows genuine dialogue and clear accountabilities.

I can help design interventions based on specific circumstances or as part of long-term organizational development.

For individuals – divination service

Aside from coaching services (both for individuals and groups/organizations), I also offer individual divination services through the use of Runes deck–which I handmade/sketched more than 20 years ago (the mandala design had been added recently). And so, the deck itself is a part of a personal journey, borne from the pure love and magick of God-Source-Divine-Universe. I began reading about I Ching (“Book of Changes”) oracle, too, from the Chinese tradition. However, I intend to learn more about it so I will likely incorporate it my divination services when I am more confident in the interpretation. (Hopefully, I’d be able to travel to China and study this in a deeper and more focused way.)

I Ching uses 64 archetypes from all the possible six-line combinations of yin and yang lines (“hexagrams”). Of course, yin/yang is about the fundamental duality of the Universe—allowing us to experience life and changes through polarities—such as light and darkness, feminine and masculine, earth and heavens, external and internal, and other dualities or polarities (with notes from Divination Foundation, n.d.). Of course, there is no separation because love is always whole. Our duality is also our wholeness. There is no separation. We are both yin and yang; light and darkness.

Back to Runes–it had been estimated to be more than 2000 years old although I agree with an author who said it is “pre-existing and eternal.” I had that feeling, too, the first time I encountered them. They were both familiar and mysterious. While they had been used as a way to communicate, mystics and historians say the Runes are not just letters or alphabets.

They are means to connect to the divine, to seek answers. Thankfully, the tradition of using them for magickal and divination purposes had lived on. No matter who is right as to their true origins, one thing remains: the wisdom of our ancestors will find meaning in our time and current realities if we go deep down and seek them from the heart. After all, time is relative.

Why are mystics, healers, and seekers attracted to Runes? I think it is because of their simplicity and clarity. With Runes, one can say, “it is what it is.” While there is no better tool, I think that in some ways, Runes are more direct to the point. (See a sample reading below.) While it is still important to contextualize answers in your situation (after all, you don’t have to tell me your questions or struggles), Runes’ message is, oftentimes, if not always, “crystal clear.” There is no room for guessing.

If I am intuitively guided to do so, I will also use crystals and pendulum to seek more clarity. Usually, this is not necessary (because Runes are really very direct to the point!). Nevertheless, every situation and question is unique so I will allow the divine to guide me. (A Tibetan music bowl will be played, too, before I do my reading for your specific question/issue.)

Again, there is no “magic formula”–divination tools like Runes, I Ching, tarot, and crystals should not make you forget that the magic is inside you because we are all connected to the Source. Our Spirit guides, angels, and ancestors are only here to assist us. The meaning of “signs” and final decision are entirely up to us. Please always use your own discernment, too.

For your query, I will not encourage a question with a simple “yes” or “no” answer because that will already deprive you of the opportunity to really look deeply into what the Runes are saying. While Runes are oftentimes crystal-clear, life is certainly not a simple yes or no kind of thing.

For the comprehensive reading, you may wish to share your current struggles (optional) and we will allow the Rune cards to show us the directions that you need. I can also do a comprehensive reading even without you telling me your situation or struggles. There will be common insights–as Runes are really direct-to-the-point–but I will intuitively draw the message based on your query/ies and what the drawn card/s is or are saying.
